I love this idea, and its something I could see myself donating to every single day. But when I went to donate $1, it looks like they make you sign up for Google Wallet. I think they should allow other forms of payment, such as Apple Pay.

I love this app so much. Its SO easy to use and helps everyone make a difference in this world with a simple click! If I created a donation app, this would be how I would want it designed!

I love One Today. Ive been using it for 4 years. Its a great program to help give back. However, my daily notifications are not working and never have. Please fix.

What a great way to explore and donate to charities. It explains the impact of a dollar and lets me contribute without being on a fundraising list.

Nice app to be able to donate to a new non-profit every single day. Its also interesting to see what other people donated to. I like that I can share the different projects with my friends.

This is a great app! You can make a difference every single day for those smaller charities that do not get broad visibility otherwise.

Giving $1 is so quick and painless, I find I cant stop giving! What a great idea to promote charities and encourage giving.

Just $1/day (or a little more if you want to encourage your friends by matching their donations) really lowers the barrier to donating to good causes. So glad this is finally available for iOS.

I wholly support the idea behind OneToday and I love the ease that it brings forth. Its great to be able to make a quick micro-donation to a charity. That being said, the app is something awful. It looks and feels clunky, and like the other Google apps, it hasnt been updated for iOS 7. If they fixed the app, itd easily be a five star review but for now, its just too awful for me.

App is fine but please let me donate anonymously.

Im glad this app was brought to iOS. I get a good feeling giving my little $1. When I pay my balance from the app, why would you launch Safari when I have Chrome installed? To all the other people giving this app less than 5 stars, all I can do is smh.

Google forces you to use their payment product and takes a cut of each donation

Wow Google, im finally glad for once with an solution you give! What a brilliantly simple, efficient, inspiring, encouraging, addictive way of GIVING through such an easy solution to micro-management charity, thanks! The only negative is about a questionable oddity that i find in many US corporate decisions: limitation(s)!? In Google OneToday it is this: why in the world would you RESTRICT 1. giving more than $1. 2. giving more than to 1 charity per day??!! Googles excuse (from Help section): "Why do you limit the amount I can match?: We automatically cap how much you can match based on your donation history on One Today to account for cases when people forget to pay their balances. The more you give on One Today, the higher the cap will be. You can think of it like a spending limit on a credit card." So, its restricted because they assume you "forget to pay balances"?! How immature is that? 1. MORE: if you are a giving person you are responsible by nature & do not forget 2. BALANCE: what about balance reminders?! Or blocks to donate lets say more than $10 lest balance is paid, but not blocking from paying more right after balance paid! Be smart, not restrictive on giving! 3. POINTLESS: solving charity through restrictions on how much how often to give beats the point of charity! 4. LIMIT: why do US firms always limit, restrict, and set conditions?! its so frustrating. its robotic, inhuman, stupid, useless. it is my money, my choice!! yet corporations always pretend to make choices for you as if theyre gods & gov. controlling you! 5. OPEN app limits or be useless! 6. ERRORS app often lately does not even allow to pay $1 even as i can not choose my favorite charity due to error "There was an error recording this donation. Please retry." except that i retry over 2 days many times to no avail! So i choose 2nd charity & have same problem!?

I feel slightly uneasy about making donations when it says that my name and photo will be displayed publicly. Some people like me might be more likely to donate if we could do it under a pseudonym or something.

While its definitely not the same as really getting involved in a worthy charity, this is a great way to read about some of the great works people are doing around the world. Its my new daily habit instead of buying coffee! Also, knowing that a non-profit has been vetted by Google and donating through Google makes me feel that my donations are being effective.

While it might not change the world, this app is a simple way to do something good on a daily basis. I like that I came see where my money goes, how much is used, and that it has been vetted by google. My only complaint is I cant search easily for other projects outside the daily recommended one.

I think this can really help, and people out there who feel that they want to do something about the world, they can feel as though they are really helping by donating even just a dollar to a cause that theyd like to support. So yeah, download this app and donate ATLEAST a dollar before you delete it ✌️
